All parents want their child to be mentally strong, confident & resilient.

In our classes, as well as learning kickboxing, children will:

Build resilience
Increase determination & focus
Improve discipline
Increase self-confidence & self-esteem
Improve flexibility
Have better balance
Have faster reflexes
Improved aerobic fitness
Improved coordination
Gain more endurance & stamina

Our classes are split by age because we know one size doesn’t fit all...

Little Samurai (age 4 - School Year 2)

Young Samurai (School Years 3 - 6)

Samurai Kickboxers (School Year 7+)

Adult Fitness Kickboxing (age 15+)

All our Instructors are qualified martial artists & have:

Advanced DBS

Paediatric First Aid

Child Protection Certification

Every Instructor is fully trained in our kickboxing syllabus, which is age group specific to ensure the students are taught appropriate to their developmental stage.

As children progress through our syllabus, they can take a Grading to receive their 1st or next belt. Gradings are a regular feature of kickboxing but are completely optional.

Only once students are older or more experienced kickboxers do we start to include light pad work & sparring.

We incorporate anti-bullying techniques into our Kickboxing classes & also run sessions for schools, particularly for children transitioning from Year 6 in Primary School to Year 7 in Secondary School.

We have holiday camps every school holiday for children age 4-12. They learn kickboxing techniques through fun games & may even take their 1st Grading. It's no wonder they come back again & again!

Every year, we have an Annual Tournament in the UK & Jersey for all students across the organisation, to give them a taste of competitive martial arts in a fun & safe environment.
