ONE CHILD WHO WAS AT RISK OF EXCLUSION HAS NOW COMPLETELY TURNED HIMSELF AROUND & IS NOW, IN HIS TEACHER'S WORDS, 'EXEMPLARY'. THE POSITIVITY OF THE SESSIONS, THE WAY THE CHILDREN ARE TAUGHT & LED IS 1ST CLASS & WE'LL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR."

REFUND POLICY. |
In the unfortunate event that a class needs to be cancelled by the school or due to Instructor illness or unavailability, we will make every effort to compensate for the missed session by scheduling an additional class. Our pricing is based on a termly structure rather than a per-class fee, which allows us to keep costs consistent across the year. This model also accounts for the occasional unavoidable cancellation while still delivering great value overall across the term.
Refunds will not be issued if your child is unable to attend once the term has been booked, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
